How long does the installation take?
About 5 minutes. After creating an account in Metrilo, choose your platform and follow the simple steps listed. Our ready plugins will do the rest for you. Integration with a custom website may take longer, here’s more information.
Do I need a developer for the installation?
No developer needed on Shopify or WooCommerce, some help might be needed on Magento.
Do you pull in all my historical data?
Yes. It’s done automatically by the plugin for Shopify and after you enable it for WooCommerce/ Magento. After the historical data sync is done, you will be able to see all your customers and orders from day 1 of your store.
What other tools does Metrilo integrate with?
Privy, MailMunch, Sumo. We have custom code you can insert in other lead-gen tools in order to get the data into Metrilo. Learn more here.
Does Metrilo slow down my site?
Not at all. We pull data asynchronously so we’re not putting a strain on your site at any given time.
How do I import contacts from other email providers?
Just upload a CSV file with the contacts to Metrilo and you will see them in the Customer Database. Here’s how.
Can Metrilo completely replace my email service provider?
Yes, because it lets you send automated and manual emails, one-to-one, newsletters and targeted campaigns to select contacts. You can manage your email list and monitor the performance of each email sent, including how each recipient interacted with it. Our drag-and-drop, super user-friendly email builder lets you create any email design you envision, but we also have a library of ready templates to use. The only thing our email cannot do is send automatic receipts and tracking information on orders.
